this is our next hike location -- it's called the Bridge to Nowhere, and its in the san gabriel mountains according to wikipedia, the free encyclopedia... marianne said the whole hike is around 12 miles long -- sounds great! marianne and i met some really nice hikers at the hike last weekend, so if they're free the july 18th too, then they'll be joining us. thumbs up for having some potential friends in socal already.
we biked 15 miles today which didn't feel all that gruelsome. twm morning we've decided to jog it and see how far we get. might be moving like slugs, but oh well. its cool to have someone who wants to work out so much and get in shape. nice to have a buddy and the added motivation. oh and i think we're taking a break from swimming laps. i'm glad. i was getting bored with the lap swimming.
